Trouble Shooting
The Lightspeed Guide window doesn't always show up in Internet Explorer.
This can be due to the speed your computer loads Internet Explorer. Refreshing the page should cause the Lightspeed Guide window to show up. This issue has no
affect on page blocking.
Lightspeed Guide isn't working on my computer.
If Lightspeed Guide isn't working on your computer, email a description of the problem you're having and your Lightspeed Guide log file to
guide@lightspeedsystems.com. Assuming you installed Lightspeed Guide on your C drive, you will find your
log file in this location on your computer: (Note: Replace Windows user name with the user name you use to log into
Windows.)
C:\Documents and Settings\Windows user name\Application Data\Lightspeed Systems\LsGuide\LsGuide00.log
